Tikka Pizza



Ingredients:

  • Easy Chicken Tikka Pizza Recipe
  • Flour(maida) – 1kg
  • Yeast (11g) – 1 small packet
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 3/4 cup
  • Eggs (beaten) – 3
  • Luke warm water – as required
  • For topping:
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Chicken – 200 gm
  • Salt – to taste
  • Redchillies – 3 tbsp
  • Yougurt – 3 tbsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – 4 tsp
  • Egg (beaten) – 1
  • Onion – 1
  • Spring onions – 2
  • Mushmrooms – 12
  • Tomato – 1 large
  • Cheese – 1 packet
  • Green chillie sauce – to taste
  • Tomato ketchup – to taste
  • Pizza sauce – to taste
  • Garlic sauce – to taste



  • Method:


Dough mix all the ingredients of the bread to make a dough cover and keep aside for an hour when it is more than double in size, knead again again keep aside for an hour to let it rise again now bake it in a preheated oven topping mix all the spices and yogurt in chicken and cook without
water apply beaten egg on baked bread apply all the sauces and sprinkle oregano cut all the vegetables in to small pieces and place on
bread add chicken and finally sprinkle the cheese and baked it about 15 minutes.
