Chicken curry


                                               


Ingredients:


  • Chicken Curry
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • Three garlic, cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 mug low sodium chicken broth
  • One red onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • One mug water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cummin seeds powder
  • One teaspoon coriander seeds powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • One and a halfgreen chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • Three tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves


Mathod


Make pieces of chicken breasts .Heat oil in a pan .Saute chicken pieces until golden through
each side
Eliminate and drain .Add red onion and ginger-garlic and fry until gold brown .Add all of the
powders, as well as saute for any minute
Include chicken broth and water .Let it boil for 2 moments .Add chicken pieces .Include the skilletas well as let it cook with regard to approximately Thirty mins.
Adding co conut milk .Cook for an additional 1 min. Serve along with grain
