Pizza Tarts



  • Ingredients:

  • 30 mini phyllo shells
  • 1 lb Italian sausage roll
  • 1 16 oz can pizza sauce
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large can chopped button mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees heat a large skillet to medium high heat and spray with cooking spray add sausage and brown, breaking apart into small crumbles while browning drain, reduce heat to medium, then add onion and garlic cook mixture over medium heat about 3 minutes or until onions are soft stir in mushrooms, black olives, pizza sauce and 1 cup cheese remove from heat, allow mixture to cool slightly, then spoon into phyllo shells place shells on a cookie sheet and top each with remaining cheese bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and shells are golden.
