Fried chicken wings


  • Ingredients:
  • 9 chicken wings
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated or pressed
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tbsp. each salt and black pepper




  • Method:


Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a bowl with a top or a re-sealable plastic bag, combine garlic, chili powder, paprika, olive oil, pepper and salt until blended.
Add chicken wings and close bag or bowl.
Shake bowl or bag well until wings are coated and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake chicken wings for 1 hour or until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
