Tomato And Basil Pizza




  • Ingredients:
  • Tomato And Basil Pizza Recipe
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 3 plum tomatoes sliced
  • 12 inch Italian pizza shell
  • 2 Tbs shredded fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese divided

  • Method:


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Brush pizza shell with olive oil then sprinkle 1/4 cup of the cheese over the crust.
Top with tomato slices and remaining 1/4 cup cheese and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake directly on oven rack for 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle the Tomato and Basil Pizza with basil before serving.

Hot Pepper Chicken Pizza



  • Ingredients:

  • Large size pizza bas 2
  • Chicken breast, boiled and shredded 2
  • Green chillies, finely chopped 4
  • Capsicums, finely chopped 3 medium
  • Spring onions, finely chopped 3, green part only
  • Black pepper, powdered 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pizza cheese, grated 4 tbsp
  • Chilli cheese 4 tbsp
  • Dried oregano pinch

  • Method:


Preheat oven to 240°C.
In a saucepan heat butter, add boiled, shredded chicken and salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add green chillies, black pepper and paprika, mix well and continue to fry. Add all vegetables, fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Grease a round baking tray lightly. Put the pizza base on it, spread the chicken mixture on it, sprinkle the two grated cheese on it generously. Sprinkle the oregano on cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes till pizza becomes crispy.
Serve hot.

Cook Time: 30 min

Cheesy Deep Dish Pizza



  • Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces Garden Vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1 cup shredded pizza-blend cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup seasoning blend (onion, celery, pepper & parsley)
  • 1 can pizza sauce

  • 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled

  • 1 lb Italian sausage roll
  • 1 16 oz can pizza sauce
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large can chopped button mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees heat a large skillet to medium high heat and spray with cooking spray add sausage and brown, breaking apart into small crumbles while browning drain, reduce heat to medium, then add onion and garlic cook mixture over medium heat about 3 minutes or until onions are soft stir in mushrooms, black olives, pizza sauce and 1 cup cheese remove from heat, allow mixture to cool slightly, then spoon into phyllo shells place shells on a cookie sheet and top each with remaining cheese bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and shells are golden.

  • Ingredients

  • 6-8 ounces ground beef chuck
  • 2/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chunky mild salsa
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 4, 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup finely shredded mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

Chicken Fajita Pizza


  • Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper — Cut In Strips
  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts — Cut In Strips
  • 1 package Pizza Crust Dough
  • 1 Clove Garlic — Pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 cup Picante Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese — Shredded
  • 1 cup Onion — Thinly Sliced

  • Method:

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat when hot add chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes or until browned lightly press garlic and stir in with chili powder, and salt add onions and bell pepper; stir-fry about 1 minute heat oven to 425F degrees spray pizza pan with nonstick spray unroll dough and place on pan roll dough in 14 inch circle partially bake dough, about 8-10 minutes spoon chicken mixture over parbaked crust spoon salsa over chicken; sprinkle with cheese bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Italian Pizza




  • Ingredients

  • 500g Bread Mix
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or crushed
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil


  • Method:


Putting this pizza together takes around 20-25 minutes, including preparing the topping preheat oven to 220c, Gm8 prepare the bread mix heat the oil in a sauce pan add the crushed garlic and fry gently for just a few seconds add the can of chopped tomatoes, reserving some of the liquid cover & simmer for 15-20 minutes if you make this topping ahead of time, the flavors get even better Season grease a baking tray with oil spread out the prepared dough, right to the edges of the tray spoon out the tomato mix over the dough, as close to the edges as you can Sprinkle with the oregano and drizzle with the remaining oil bake in hot oven for 10-15 minutes serve hot.

High Tea Chicken




  •  Ingredients:

  • ½ kg chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp. plain flour
  • 3 tbsp. corn flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tbsp. red chili flakes
  • 1 packet corn flakes
  • 1 plastic bag
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ bunch sliced coriander
  • Method:

Clean ½ kg chicken breast and hammer lightly with a steak hammer.
Then cut chicken into stripes and mix with ½ tsp. black pepper, ¼ tsp. white pepper, 1 tbsp. red chili flakes, 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and 1 beaten egg.
Also add ¼ bunch sliced coriander, 3 tbsp. corn flour and plain flour and mix thoroughly.
Fill a plastic bag with crushed corn flakes and one chicken strip and hammer. Repeat the process with all chicken stripes and deep fry.
Serve crunchy Hi- Tea Chicken with tomato ketchup.

Fried Chicken Dim Sim



  • Ingredients:




  • 1 spring onion’s green stripes
  • Few roll sheets(manda patti)
  • 1 cup boiled chicken, shredded
  • 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Oil for frying

  • Method:


Mix chicken, potatoes, salt black and white pepper.
In a bowl mix egg and flour to make a batter.
Cut the roll sheets into 5-6 inch square. Place the chicken mixture in center and apply the batter on the edges of sheet. Now join the edges and seal them. Tie a spring onion strip on it. It will look like a pouch.
Heat oil and deep fry them. Serve with chili garlic sauce.
